Equipment compatibility issues


The device does not comply with the PoE standard and cannot function properly.


Possible reasons: The device does not support PoE power supply or does not comply with relevant standards.
Solution: Confirm whether the device supports PoE power supply and complies with relevant standards (such as 802.3af or 802.3at). Check the quality, compatibility, and configuration of the equipment before installation.




After connecting the switch to the computer, the computer cannot access the internet and cannot obtain the IP address.


Possible reason: The device has enabled VLAN isolation; There is an issue with the settings of the higher-level device on the switch.
Solution: Confirm the device model and working mode, and turn off unnecessary VLAN isolation; Check and adjust the settings of the higher-level equipment on the switch.
