Hardware failure
The indicator light on a Ethernet port of a PoE switch is not on.
Possible reasons: Switch port failure; Poor wiring or aging network cables; Poor ventilation or excessive load.
Solution: Replace the port for testing, or connect a network cable in series to check the status of the indicator light; Check and rewire to ensure a secure connection; Replace the aging network cable; Ensure that the switch is installed in a well ventilated environment; Avoid connecting too many high-power devices to prevent excessive load.
